Interec IT Global was incepted in September 2006 offering solutions for manpower needs of Information Technology and Banking and Financial Services. Over a period of time, we have diversified into other service sectors such as Life Sciences, Power, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing. Our strategy is to work with a limited clientele and offer premium quality service and become a preferred vendor for the client. Interec ranks as the top five vendors for Accenture India (our first client).

Inna, an MBA from SIBM, Pune and a degree in economics is the Founder of Interec IT Global. Of the 24 years of national and international professional exposure,16 years have been in the Talent Acquisition space. Interec has successfully customized Talent Pool solutions for its clients in MENA region, Southeast Asia, Europe, Americas and PAN India.
Sachin Tandon
Director – Business Acquisitions
Armed with an Engineering and Management background, started his career leading Sales teams in telecom and worked with reputed organizations like TATA, BPL, Vodafone, Manpower & Videocon. With a career spanning over 23 + years, Sachin’s forte is Sales and Business Development.
